Do you have a fresh idea for an event or any concept you can come up with, which can help increase people’s awareness and appreciation for the ocean?
Share it with us and we will try to make it happen! Make a video of your idea, submit it and maybe your idea will become reality!
In addition you also make a unique chance of winning a day behind the scenes of an aquarium or science center or along the side of a marine scientist.

The ocean plays a crucial role in our daily lives but we are often not aware of this.
Did you know for example that half of the oxygen we breathe comes from the ocean?
Or that the ocean regulates our climate by transferring heat across the globe?
Sea Change aims to bring about a fundamental ‘Sea Change’ in the way European citizens view their relationship with the sea, by empowering them to take direct and sustainable action towards healthy seas and ocean, healthy communities and ultimately a healthy planet.

To increase the understanding of the ocean’s influence on you and your influence on the ocean, we are looking for innovative concepts for events, or anything initiatives you can come up with which can help to increase people’s awareness and appreciation of the ocean.
If you have such a creative and innovative idea, make a video of your idea, submit it HERE and your idea could become reality!
You will also be in with a chance to win a day in the life of a marine scientist or behind the scenes of an aquarium or science centre.  On top of that, the entry which receives the most votes will be in with a chance to win a GoPro Hero Silver camera*.
