Celebration of the 10 years of the PGEM of Moorea

The PGEM (Protected Marie Areas) of Moorea set up in 2004 is celebrating it’s 10 years of existing. Since the beginning, te mana o te moana is raising awareness of the children on the rules applied and the necessity to know and respect the protected areas of Moorea. To celebrate this 10 years of existing, various events have been set up for the public during more than one month (beach clean up, parads, conferences, open-door days…). The city hall of Moorea Maiao appealed Te mana o te moana to organize a huge contest for children, either adults. You have until November 10th to submit your artworks. Don’t forget to follow the news to get updates. All the events have been set up by the City hall of Moorea Maiao, in partnership with the Mix Syndicat and the non profit foundation PGEM Moorea.
