World Oceans Day Programme 2015

World Ocean Day 2015 is the pre-launch of World O.C.E.A.N.’s I Love Campaigns and Clean Beach Clubs International.
(World Ocean Culture & Education Action Network from Okinawa, Ryukyus to Hawai’I to Cuba to Canarias) other “Island Connections” planned.
A UNESCO 2015 Global Action Programme (GAP) Committment on Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) was launched 2014 UNESCO World Conf. in Nagoya.

Since 1992 as the I Love Okinawa Campaign® we have designated every third Sunday of the month as “Beach Cleanup Day”. From June 8th this year, we would like to focus on having the third Sunday of the month as “SAVE OURA BAY DAY” and encourage everyone to visit or do an OCEAN ACTION for BLUE PEACE.
