The World Ocean has suffered some unprecedented decline over the last 5 years. All that we do on land is found in the sea! We will all benefit longer and better from its resources if there are more of us who take action to preserve the Ocean. It is most urgent to take action altogether, as not only our future depends on it, but also the future of generations to come!

This lighthouse has been achieved with the cooperation of 12 Aquariums, Zoos, Science Centres and Museums in Europe and presented in the 4 corners of the world. It informs you of the daily actions and activities every one of us should take! You will come across it whilst shopping, travelling and when you come and visit one of the Centres that are member partners of the World Ocean Network. Listen to it. Look at it. Its 4 facets are just full of tips of how to obtain a bluer planet!
